The prevalent situation in Punjab resembles the terror-hit areas of

and sectarian elements exceeds 150,000 and they not only have been
imparted training but are also being provided financial assistance and
safe havens. Now the Pakistani State is at the mercy of such an enemy
that has all the characteristics of ancient tribal warriors but who still
